Created Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form for Elected Officials(2025), ensures county elected officials properly disclose conflicts of interest on an annual basis and keeps Davis County in compliance with state statute.
Published Conflict of Interest Disclosures on Website(2025), provides for an name searchable system for citizens to view conflict of interest disclosures filed by elected officials.
Developing Integration of Conflict of Interest Disclosures with Candidate Insight(2026), a project currently under development will streamline the candidate and elected officers experience and expedite public access to these disclosures.
